<p>This study aims to determine whether empathic services, facility reliable responsive services and convincing have an effect on student satisfaction. The research method used is take a sample from population use questionnaire as the main data collection. To dig up information / distribute it answer formulation of problem that has been determined so this exploratory descriptive. As in were all students SDN Guluk-guluk I Kec. academic year 2010/2011 many 335 students. For purposes analysis study, primary are needed secondary complementary data. obtaining will be by using technique or questionnaire. obtain more complete observation documentation techniques also used. So collection questionnaires, observation. Reliable service provider facilities significant Student Satisfaction at Guluk - guluk , indicated F test shows value count 143.161 (significance f = 0.000) Fcount&gt; Ftable (143.161&gt; 3.095) Sig &lt;5% (0.000 &lt;0.05) means magnitude influence quality variables (X1) satisfaction (Y) 90.00%.
